Abstract

This article developed a research on the applicability and efficiency of penal principles. Based on bibliographical research developed through laws, books, legal articles and jurisprudence, with the focus of analyzing the institutes, their application in specific cases in detail, in a way that removes any legal instability, since the misapplication of the Law ends up generating impunity and social discredit in a vision of justice.
