This Article promote to discuss about Endomarketing contribution at third sector and mostly the internal customers motivation. They are diversified public like volunteers and employees to act in synergy and find the same mission, vision, targets and values. The Endomarketing become a facilitator tool to seek strengthening of identity e image promotion of it for internal and external customers.
