Abstract

This work has the theme to prevent the contracting of ceremonial services. The objective is to analyze the practice regarding noncompliance with contracts, by means of a positive perfor mance, by the poor performance of performance duties, by the practice of what should abstain or effect the rendering that should be performed, but in a defective way. In this context it is identified professionals who act in the organization of events, thus knowing the practical procedures that can give security to the contractor. The methodology used a bibliographical research thus emphasizing the theory, and a qualitative research with the students that contracted the ceremonial company, through a semistructured questionnaire. It is noted that the level of complaints and indignation of academics is evident, and that caution is needed to contract this type of service. Throughout the article, the following topics will be analyzed: service contract; quality in the provision of services - Ceremonial and impacts on the provision of services.
