Abstract

Generally in Science as well as in Law, induction receives large criticism concerning
its soundness as a reasoning method, being thus much less used by scholars than the alternative
method, deduction. Therefore, based on a juridical-comprehensive and sociological investigation,
using primary and secondary sources, the paper aims to answer whether the use of inductive method
is scientifically admissible for solving juridical issues, especially in family law, exemplifying its
application to the specific case of the development of guidelines for parental acting concerning the
exposure of their children’s image.
