Abstract

This article aims to study the controversial adoption by homosexual couples, to assess the legal and social status of adoption in the light of constitutional principles and to demonstrate the negative impact that the cause bias in legal relationships, particularly in adopting studied, since although the law does not provide exceptions to the sexual orientation of the couple interested in adopting a child, they encounter limitations prejuicios.En this context, the evolution of the concept of family was analyzed with in order to understand their changes in society, and differentiation of concepts and Homoafetivo Homosexual, for more detail legal and social aspects of adoption under review it is then studied.
