Methodology for evaluation and stakeholders management in process of computer equipment acquisition under the supplier’s perspective

Abstract

This article aims to present a methodology to map , analyze, and create an action plan to manage the relationship with the stakeholders participating in computer equipment procurement processes. The methodology applied will be compiled after determining best practices identified in the literature.
