Abstract

This article seeks to study the figure of the psychopath in society and the response given by Brazilian Criminal Law in cases of crimes committed by these individuals. Analyzing the impacts caused by psychopaths on society and how science characterizes and visualizes these individuals seeking to understand their behavior. Observing the treatment given to psychopaths before the Brazilian penal system, seeking to clarify the measures adopted by justice and alerting the judiciary for an improvement in the scenario. Being followed by the impacts and relevance caused by the lack of a special law for the judgment of psychopaths, carrying out an analysis of the reintegration of people with psychopathy into society.
