Abstract

The present article is characterized by the intention to critically evidence a little bit of what happens and what can be observed in the contemporary educational context, by focusing on a probable and deliberated transformation process of Education in a profitable business by Private Institutions of Higher Education. From a vision that the current organization ofthe teaching work is tied to macro environment complexities, the article also intends to stimulate the investigation and the comprehension of its impacts to teachers’ health and evoke other reflections, in face of reality/contemporaneity of the private higher education.
