Defining coffee consumption in the metropolitan region of Belo Horizonte

The present study was developed with the objective of presenting the results obtained through analyzes, based on information about the profile of coffee consumers in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte. The choice of theme was elaborated based on the importance of the state’s coffee culture, which is currently the country’s largest producer. Some concepts were also discussed in the context of the history and importance of coffee in the economy.
