The real estate market recession

Abstract

This work aims to analyze the economic recession of the real estate market in three construction companies in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte. At first, it is assumed that the companies suffer an economic recession due to the conditioning of the credit and their respec tive restrictions coming from the Brazilian crisis in the period from 2014 until the present moment. In order to reach the objective of the same it is hoped to base the research through bibliographical consultations around the respective theoretical framework. In addition, a semi-structured interview was conducted with three construction companies in order to understand how this conditioning has affected them. As the main results.
