The article aims to apply the tools of quality management area, analyzing them through a case study in a microenterprise of beauty and aesthetics. We sought to analyze the tools, such as Brainstorming, Ishikawa Diagram, Pareto, Flowchart and benchmarking, which are fundamental for analyzing the potential causes of nonconformity, dissatisfaction of the beauty salon clients and from the obtained data to develop a plan of action, which makes it possible to favor the process, reduce costs and improve the capacity in the execution of services, from the purchase process to after sales.
