The power of family regardless of guard type

Abstract

The present work is the analysis of family power, from his birth with parental rights, where the householder had among others the influence on the life and death of other family members, including the child there until the days present in the young as well as enjoy greater autonomy, exerts full influence in the routine of a residence, especially in the lives of parents who began to share all the powers in relation to parenting. We will make the extension study, the limits of family power in the infant creation to young stage and all its consequences for the choice of the guard and where we stand before blocking attempts of the participation of one of the spouses. The analysis of the extent of the rights of those who have custody of the child and its context in the case of shared custody, showing that these rights were already provided for within the family power thus seen in the legal community, just as a way to extend the coexistence of the minor with the parents.
