Abstract

This article discusses the constitutionality or not of art. 1790 of the Civil Code of 2002, which deals with the succession of cohabitant or partner, in the face of an elaborate sequence of articles related to those who choose to marry in accordance with the formal and solemn civil pro cedure set out in the same degree.
