This article was produced for the purpose of evaluating the subject of Labor Law II. The consequences, benefits and other legal consequences upon termination of the employment contract are related to the way in which the contract was terminated. In view of this, in the study of the hypotheses of dismissal for just cause, it is noted that the acts of non-compliance with orders by the employee result in justified dismissal. In view of this, the present study analyzes one of the possible causes, little debated, which leads to justified dismissal. The phenomenon of coleguism in the work environment and its legal consequences are analyzed, especially in the confusion generated by the employee in terms of insubordination and indiscipline. For this, the author used the qualitative methodology, with hypotheses of practical examples, in conjunction with doctrine and laws. The result obtained corroborates the initial reflection: the worker is dismissed due to the confusion generated by coleguism.
