Teaching work has been impacted by several evolutions throughout history, following the trend of changes caused in the relationship between man and job. However, it had a significant leap with the advent of remote work. This research aims to identify the possible impacts caused by remote work on the quality of life at work and the wealth of teachers during the pandemic. To achieve the results a qualitative approach was used through descriptive bibliographical research, carried out from 10 articles published in the electronic library SPELL, CNPq, Google Academic, and SCIELO on the subject in the period between 2020 and 2022, having their analysis by content analysis in the treatment of secondary data collected. As a result, we conclude that there were both positive and negative impacts on teachers' Quality of Life in the Workplace (QLW) and their wealth with the adoption of remote teaching. As positive impacts, we highlight home office, work autonomy, closeness to the family, and self-knowledge. As a negative are the increase in workload, non-payment of overtime, difficulty adapting, social distancing, dissociating working time and leisure, and professional devaluation.
